Shipping policy

Please allow a 3-4 weeks turnaround time for all custom orders. Ready to ship items will be shipped out within 1-2weeks depending on if any adjustments are requested. 

Please keep in mind that your order may experience shipping delays. All items are shipped via USPS. Aloha Pixie Magic is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. We do our best to package your items with care to ensure they arrive safely. If you do receive your items damaged please contact me within 2 days from the time you receive your items. I will do my best to work out a solution with you :)
